Las Nereidas Ballroom
Our impressive grand ballroom, presents high ceilings with modern square chandeliers, providing a large span of unobstructed space perfect for presentations and meetings. Blue-tinged recessed ceiling lights set a neutral mood, and large windows to the West let natural light in, or they can be blacked out for complete privacy.

Sophisticated sound and light systems are available, and an adjacent outdoor terrace overlooking bustling Ashford Avenue may be accessed through sliding wooden doors. A winding staircase conveniently leads to the terrace directly from the Lobby/Valet Parking area, providing attendees easy access to the premises.

Perfectly suited for conferences, banquets, galas or sit down dinners, the ballroom can accommodate 300 persons for banquet seating. It may be divided into A & B sections fitting 150 guests each.

Additionally, a pre-function area that fits up to 300 persons for cocktails features scalloped ceilings channeling the iconic La Concha leitmotif, and colored shadows are projected near the ceiling as light passes through modern stained glass windows. Convenient same-floor bathrooms round out our premier business venue.

Salón del Mar
As its name aptly suggests, faces the sea, a luxurious yet compact space for meetings, corporate banquets, luncheons and corporate trainings. It can also be used as a private showroom, seating 60 persons banquet-style as a whole or divisible into two sections, A & B, sitting 30 persons each.

The room is bathed in natural light; however, electric blackout curtains can cover windows for AV presentations. Windows and glass doors lead to an enchanting oceanfront outdoor terrace, which can be set up for breakouts, cocktails or an informal lunch. On the opposite side, a spacious pre-function area can be set up for cocktails, coffee breaks and buffet service.

The Boardroom
Which is more intimate still, seats 12 persons for high-level meetings around a long marble conference table. Quality amenities include white state-of-the-art ergonomic chairs, a large LCD screen for presentations and cozy wood-paneled walls with stainless-steel insets. A modern lighting system is suspended above the conference table.

Marble topped sideboards are ideal for Food & Beverage set-up or for placing coffee urns with which to fuel high-energy meetings. A wet bar is available as well. In-house AV services are provided by PSAV, a leading AV services provider, and there is always 24/7 La Concha business center backup for all of your business needs.

Atlantiko
Located under the signature Perla seashell, presents a sweeping beachfront panorama without being exposed to the elements, with seven huge windows wrapped around its façade highlighting breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Easy access to the more casual Sereno Pool and Sereno Sand areas allows for complementary al fresco activities. This highly versatile space evokes a hip industrial loft which can easily be transformed to satisfy your every need.

Its 8,500 sq. feet accommodate 550 persons in banquet seating mode, and more than 800 standing for cocktails. The space is ideal for team building activities, spectacular AV presentations, cocktail parties, awards ceremonies and banquets.

Dazzling exterior spotlights emphasize the structure’s impressive heft at night, and a colorful sculpture guards the entrance at the foot of the winding staircase that leads down to Atlantiko from behind the La Concha Lobby.

Mirador & Mirador Terrace
Two private, 12th floor rooftop spaces majestically crown the main building. Sweeping views of the white-capped Atlantic Ocean, the sparkling San Juan nightscape and the faraway rainforest will energize any meeting. Both the Mirador and its adjoining Mirador Terrace area lend themselves for VIP press conferences, banquets, corporate seminars, presentations, as well as for cocktails and ceremonies.

The Mirador itself is a versatile square space surrounded by glass windows, seemingly floating on an endless ocean, and may be completely isolated by curtains for privacy or to surprise either those inside – or those waiting to get in!

The Mirador Terrace has ocean-facing glass railings for unobstructed views of the Atlantic. This exclusive location high above it all can fit 80 persons in banquet seating mode for Mirador and 80 persons standing for cocktails at Mirador Terrace.

Indigo
An amazing, flexible banquet space located in the new Atrium Tower, is accessed from the main building by means of a modern, glass-enclosed bridge suspended over water and past stunning ocean vistas.

Ideal for banquets and luncheons, meetings and corporate events, Indigo has three magnificent breakout rooms with a bird’s-eye view of the resort’s iconic Perla seashell, 15-foot ceilings and impressive mahogany doors, with plenty of natural light, recessed, indirect lighting and three dazzling crystal chandeliers.

Electric blackout shades and high-tech AV accoutrements serve all presentation needs seamlessly. Total capacity in banquet mode is 160 persons, with a pre-function area for cocktail, breakouts or coffee breaks/food stations. An adjacent terrace with relaxing ocean views, gentle breezes and glass railings overlooks the pool area.

Indigo Pool
A perfect nook for meet and greets and networking events, can also serve as a pre-function area for Indigo. Its pool-level semi-circular design can stage memorable sunset cocktails for corporate and gala events and enchanting al fresco evening parties.

Level 25
Provides a secluded spot for dinner parties, cocktails, business gatherings, product launches and power lunches. With seating capacity for 150 persons, Level 25 sports a warm, natural ambiance with profuse wood paneling throughout, a wooden bar illuminated from below and zebra wood tables. Stylish modern plantation-style furniture completes the inviting panorama, and a small terrace with glass railings faces the ocean, complementing the enclosed venue.

Level 25 / Terrace
Just above Solera, features an enchanting open air space reminiscent of a European café, with a stainless steel bar and contemporary outdoor furniture. The terrace overlooks the pool action and is suitable for cocktail parties, product launches, and networking events with a separate entrance accessible from the resort Lobby.

Atrium
A huge, awe-inspiring indoor/outdoor space, is located on the fourth floor of Atrium Tower, enclosed by an impressive 10-story high greenhouse. The transition from the atrium itself to a canopied terrace can seat 300 persons for lavish banquets or gala events.

It can accommodate 500 for cocktails, incorporating luxurious polished stone floors and a beautiful trellis. A serene pond with palm trees and lush tropical modern vegetation provides privacy. The Atrium offers attractive vistas of the city, the Atlantic, the Port of San Juan and its cruise ships.

Solera Upper Deck
A very flexible open-air space, lends itself for invigorating al fresco events, among lush greenery and fan palms. The deck is two levels above the resort Lobby, with a panoramic view of the pool area, the Lobby and Condado city lights.

Its weathered granite floors and exquisite landscaping set an informal atmosphere, and at night LED lights change color to evoke your desired mood, with preprogrammed music channels contributing to the charming ambiance. Live entertainment may also be arranged. The deck, accommodating 150-200 persons, can host cocktails, product launches, corporate parties, and has direct access to the pool cabanas.

Sereno Pool
An enchanting outdoors venue with capacity for 60 persons, features an exotic coral stone floor around an infinity pool flanked by swaying palm trees against a lovely ocean backdrop. A stage for dancing or other activities may be placed over the pool, and the setting is gorgeous for a truly tropical outdoor cocktail party, networking event or intimate business gathering. It also serves as a convenient pre-function space for Atlantiko, next door.

Sereno Sand
Conceived as the ultimate adult sandbox, is matchless for a fun seaside team-building event. White canopy beds along the perimeter lend it a chic and playful air which also makes it suitable for cocktail parties for up to 100 persons. The curving restrooms beside it are just as unique, with open-air areas around sinks surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.

Vento
An expansive mezzanine-like space with elegant granite floors, faces the main pool on one end and features glass railings on the other, through which the Sereno pool and the Atlantic Ocean can be observed.

This large space with soaring ceilings is suitable for luncheons, cocktail parties, product launches and banquets, cooled by the gentle ocean breeze. Modern outdoor furnishings can easily be set aside for event decorations, and a dramatic square cutout in a side wall creates the feeling of two spaces that flow into each other, perfect for mingling.
